| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是我国现代化建设的重大战略，在市场经济条件下，市场机制起着配置资源的基础性作用，但实现可持续发展更有赖于财政的支持，财政对可持续发展的主要体现在控制人口数量，提高人口素质，转变经济增长方式，消除贫困，促进资源综合利用和企业技术改造等方面。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development is the great strategy in our modern construction.Under the market economy,the market mechanism plays the basis role in disposing resources,but the realization of the sustainable developmant depends on the support of finance.Finance plays a main role in the sutainable development mainly by controlling the population,improving people's quality,tranforming the ecomomic growth structure,eliminating poverty and promoting the comprehensive utilization of resources and the technolgical restruturing of enterprises. |
