钙矾石热稳定性与碳化率关系研究

摘    要:用DTA和TG法研究在不同碳化率下钙矾石的热稳定性,发现钙矾石碳化率从零增加到80%,其加热脱水峰温约降20℃,这是由于碳化破坏了钙矾石结构,使本来难脱去的结构水变成自由水所致,由此可知被深度碳化的水泥构件抗温能力低。

Abstract:The thermal stability of ettringite in different carbonation rate is studied by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) in this paper, and finds out that the carbonation rate of ettringite increases from zero to 80%, while the maximum temperature decreases about 20℃ due to heating dehydration, it carbonates to destroy the structure of ettringite and makes the structural water dehydrolyze difficultly changing to free water. Thus, we know that the ability of deep carbonized cement members are weak in heat resistance.
