| Abstract: | This paper points out that the primary level management in the large-scale enterprises is a problem not to be ignored,and probes into the actual operation of and some matters needing attention in the primary level management such as establishing the standardized primary level management system,organizing a harmonious primary level management team,carrying out the strict examination of the special techniques,laying stress on the improvement of workers' quality,and making effective communication,etc. |
