摘    要:结合风神轮胎股份有限公司轮胎生产硫化过程的特点,采用热电阻PT100温度传感器、PLC控制器设计一种基于模糊PID算法的温控方法,实现轮胎生产硫化过程除氧高温循环水温度的智能控制.

Abstract:A temperature control method based on the fuzzy PID algorithm is designed taking into consideration of the vulcanized tire production process characteristics of Fengsheng Tire Limited Company and adopting the thermal resistance PT100 temperature sensor and PLC controller design to achieve the intelligent control of the temperatures of the deoxygenated high-temperature circulating water in the tire curing process.
