自适应数字预失真方法在功放线性化中的应用

摘    要:功放具有非线性特性,其特征可用AM—AM特性和AM—PM特性表示,采用一种自适应数字预失真方法,通过自适应算法实时产生与功放AM—AM特性和AM—PM特性相反的逆模型,从而消除功放非线性特性的影响。仿真实验表明,此自适应预失真方法可降低互调失真(IMD)达16dB,有效提高功放效率,降低系统功耗,提高系统性能。

Abstract:A high power amplifier(HPA) with nonlinear characteristics is represented by its AM-AM and AM-PM effects.In this paper,to counter-balance the power amplifier,an adaptive digital predistortion technique is introduced,as a result,the nonlinear characteristics of HPA can be eliminated.The simulation shows,the adaptive predistortion can reduce intermodulation by distortion about 16 dB,The efficiency of amplifier is improved effectively,the power dissipation is degraded and the performance of system is increased.
