| 摘 要： | 唯物史观是科学发展观的理论基础,从唯物史观的角度审视、解读科学发展观,可以使我们更全面更清醒地认识、理解和把握这一发展观理论的本质、内涵。科学发展观是一个以全面协调发展为基础,以促进人的全面发展为目标的统一完整的科学理论体系,是具有普世性的关于发展的根本理念。同时,它也丰富和发展了唯物史观。

| Abstract: | The concept of scientific development is theoretically based on historical materialism.To understand the concept of scientific development in the view of historical materialism can help us fully know,understand and grasp the nature and connotation of the concept.This concept is a unified and complete system of scientific theory,based on the fully harmonious development,targeting at promoting the all-round development of man,it has the universal and foundamental ideas on development,and it also enrich and develop historical materialism. |
