| 摘 要： | 对陶瓷泥料进行细菌处理,是一项降低产品能耗、提高产品质量的一个有效途径。试验表明:经过细菌处理的泥料,其流变性得以优化;坯体抵抗裂的强度获得提高;在相同成型压力下,坯体的密度增高;制品的烧成温度有所降低;制品气孔率和废品率明显下降。

| Abstract: | It is a effective way to reduce the energy consumption and improve the guality of ceramic products that ceramic clay is treated by means of germ. Experiments have pvoved that the rheological behavior of the clay treated with the help of germ is improved;The strength of body resist crackle is inrrcEscd; The body density is improred under equal forming pressure; The products'sintering temperature is to some extent, redueced; the products' porosity and rejecbrate is distinctly reduced. |
