微机控制带极堆焊磁控装置的研制

摘    要:介绍了新型磁极的原理和单片机控制系统的组成及其工作原理,对所研制的磁控装置进行了多项试验研究,结果表明:采用新型磁极不仅可使其位置调整方便,而且改善了磁控效果,采用较小的磁控电流就可获得过去磁极使用较大电流才能达到的焊道形状控制效果。对磁控电流进行微机数字控制,提高了磁控电流的控制精度和稳定性。

Abstract:The configuration and and working principle of the new magnetic poles and single-chip microcomputer controlled system are introduced in this paper.The tests are carried out for the new magnetic control device. The experimental results show that the positions of poles are easily adjusted,and magnetic controlled efficiency is improved, that is , the same controlled efficiency of weld can be obtained by using smaller magnetic control current to the new poles relative to the old ones, By microcomputer ,the accuracy of magnetic control cur-rent and stability are improved.
