Ar^+激光辐照对吖啶橙敏化人体宫颈癌细胞的生物学效应

摘    要:用不同剂量的氩离子激光照射经吖啶橙敏化的人体宫颈癌细胞后,与对照组细胞比较,观察到其生长曲线下降、死亡率曲线上升、酸性磷酸酶迅速失活以及细胞显微结构与亚显微结构的受损退行性变等效应,并对上述结果进行了讨论分析。

Abstract:The biological effect of Ar~ laser irradiation on HeLa cells sensitized by acrid-ine orange (AO) is reported. It was shown that: 1. HeLa cells sensitized by AO in the concentration of 0.50 ug/ml and irradiat-ed by Ar~ laser at doses of 360.93 J/cm~2, 806.79 J/cm~2 and 1082 J/cm~2 showed anincrease in death rate and a decrease in growth rate. The degree of inhibition ofthe cell growth depends on the concentration of AO and the dosage of Ar~ laserirradiation. 2. After Ar~ laser irradiation at doses of 360.93, 806.79 and 1082.80 J/cm~2, thesensitized HeLa cells appear some morphological changes under the photomicros-cope and electron microscope. 3. The histochemical research showed that the activity of acid phosphatase inthe sensitized HeLa cells irradiated by Ar~ laser disappeared immediately, but noobvious change in the activity of alkaline phosphatase was seen.
