| 摘 要： | 结合工程实例坝陵河大桥东锚碇超大体积混凝土施工过程中的温控技术，浅析大体积混凝土的质量控制。采用掺加高效缓凝减水剂与粉煤灰双掺技术，大幅度降低混凝土的单位水泥用量，同时根据数值模拟结果，制定详尽的施工温控方案。通过现场温度数据实时监控结果指导冷却循环降温及覆盖保温养护工作，做到信息化施工，防止了大体积混凝土温度裂缝的产生，确保了混凝土质量。

| Abstract: | Based on the construction of anchorage of Balin Bridge,quality control of mass concrete were introduced in this paper.Unit cement consumption of concrete was reduced greatly through adding fly ash and high efficiency retarding water reducing agent.Detail temperature control scheme was worked out according to the numerical simulation results.Temperature cracks of mass concrete were prevented by monitoring temperature date. |
