| 摘 要： | 汉密尔顿的政治、法律及经济思想是奠定美国自由、民主、繁荣、富强社会制度的思想基础。目前国人还未真正认识其内在价值的,是他的政府各部门之间的关系是攻防的关系,行政首脑应实行单一专任,以及社会高阶层人士特别是专家、知识分子多参政议政的主张;司法权独立,法官应实行终身制,以及法官待遇法定的主张;还有他的经济思想中机会平等而不是财富平等,讲究诚信,以及遵从力量法则的观点,更有生命力。他思想中的这些观点对于我们建设现代化的国家,极有批判学习与借鉴的意义。

| Abstract: | Hamilton's thoughts in politicts,law and economy are very valuable.They have laid the thought fundation for American social system,which is free,democratic,flourishing,wealthy and powerful.Especially his thoughts on single administrative chief,intelligentsia participation in government affairs,independece of judiciary,life tenure of judge,etc,and his economicthoughts which ask for eaqual chance but not equal wealth,sticking to sincerity and honesty,are all worth learing in construction of modern China. |
