船舶CFD结构化网格自动生成技术的开发

摘    要:为提高船舶黏性流场计算流体动力学(CFD)数值计算的效率,开发了带自由面三维船舶黏性流场CFD计算用网格自动生成软件.该软件可实现三维船体曲面模型导入、计算区域划分、结构化网格生成及边界条件设置等操作的自动化完成和参数化控制.以某集装箱船模校验程序,并在阻力性能和自由表面波高分布等多方面将数值计算结果与试验结果作对比.结果表明,该软件所生成网格在保证船舶阻力性能预报足够精确的同时,生成效率得到极大提高.

Abstract:In order to achieve higher levels of efficiency of naval computational fluid dynamics(CFD) numerical computation,the structured grid auto-generation software(SUGOT) was developed for simulating three-dimensional free surface viscous flow field around ship hull.The software SUGOT can accomplish automatically the import of hull model,the division of computational domain,the structured grid generation and the setting of boundary conditions while the control data has been parameterized.A container ship was chosen to validate the software,and the calculated results of resistance and free-surface pattern were compared with experimental data.The good agreement shows that the software can improve the grid-generation efficiency greatly without any loss in the precision of numerical computation.
