| 摘 要： | TBT作为防污涂料中的生物杀灭剂被广泛地应用同时也被认为对水生环境和水生生物最有毒害的一种化合物.《控制船舶有害防污系统国际公约》规定,截至2008年,TBT将被彻底禁止使用.分析了中国加入此公约面临的机遇、挑战并提出了建议.

| Abstract: | TBT was found to be extremely noxious to aquatic en- vironment and aquatie organism as a biocide in antifouling paints which had been used widely.International Convention on the Control of Harmful Antifouling Systems on Ships prescribes that TBT will be phased out in 2008.The paper analyzed opportuni- ty and challenge after China's entering International Conven- tion,and gives some suggestions. |
