普萘洛尔和美托洛尔的毛细管电泳富集分离研究

摘    要:论文通过对药物普萘洛尔和美托洛尔的毛细管电泳分离,研究了场放大进样与瞬间等速电泳结合的毛细管电泳进样预富集方法,此方法采用大体积进样,使样品浓度富集两个数量级以上,有效地提高了毛细管电泳分析的灵敏度。

Abstract:The pre concentration and separation of propranolol and metoprolol with capillary electrophoresis were studied in this paper. The effects of some operation parameters, such buffer concentration and pH, sample medium concentration and time of field amplification and transient isotachophoresis injection on pre concentration and separation were investigeted in detail. In the optimum conditions, two medicines were separated completely. In addition, with a larger injection volume, the concentration enhancement factors were more than 2 orders of magnitude than those of the conventional method.
