在情报分析与研判的过程中,由情报分析人员组成的团体容易产生团体思维,这种现象不利于情报分析人员的思考,并制约团体成员提出不同意见。研究了团体思维与情报分析团体的联系,分析了情报分析与研判过程中团体思维产生的原因,提出了规避团体思维的对策。

Groupthink in the Intelligence Analysis and Assessment

The group composed of intelligence analysts is apt to fall into the groupthink in the process of intelligence analysis and assessment,which is harmful to the considerations of intelligence analysts and restricts the group members to put forward different proposals. This paper and connection of the groupthink with the intelligence analysis group, analyzes the causes of the generation of the groupthink in the course of intelligence analysis and assessment,and puts forward some countermeasures for avoiding the groupthink.
