摘    要:针对水资源短缺风险评价中出现的历史样本不足、不同评价对象落在同一风险区间导致评价对象风险程度难以区分的情况,建立了基于信息扩散理论的水资源短缺风险模糊综合评价模型。采用风险率、脆弱性和可恢复性作为区域水资源短缺风险评价指标,建立了综合评价指标体系。运用信息扩散理论将评价指标离散成多个点,将单值信息扩散至离散点,并在此基础上构造水资源短缺模糊评价矩阵,并将其应用于西安地区水资源短缺风险评价。评价结果表明,此方法有效且可行。
