摘    要:以弹性力学理论为基础,对带轮弹性特性进行了分析。分析结果表明:随着传动比的增大,主动轮径向和切向应力先减小后增大,径向位移减小;从动轮应力增大,径向位移增大;半径对带轮变形量的影响大于轴向推力。

Abstract:Pulley flexibility property is analyzed on the basis of elasticity theory in this paper.The results indicate that with an increase in transmission ratio,the radial and Tangential stress first decreases and then increases in the driver pulley and the radial displacement decreases while with an increase in the driven pulley,the radial displacement increases.Accordingly,radius has a greater effect on pulley deformation than the axial force.
