| 摘 要： | 目的：快速检测酒中醛类化合物.方法：毛细管气相色谱法。结果：方法简单、灵敏、选择性好，分辨率高。结论：方法稳定性好，操作较简单，省时可用于酒类样品中醛类化合物分析定性。
