| 摘 要： | 随着汽车工厂生产组织模式的调整，装配工艺需要同步进行调整和优化．通过对某公司总装车间装配线的构成、工艺布置、设备、工装等方面进行系统分析，找出影响柔性生产的主要因素，并考虑新产品的结构变化趋势，充分利用工厂车间内的现有设施，提出一种经济、合理、见效快的技术改造方案，实现柔性生产并达到生产纲领的目标．

| Abstract: | With the adjustment of the organizational model of car factory, the assembly processes need to synchronize the adjustment and optimization. In this paper, a systematic analysis of the composition, process layout, equipment, tooling, and other aspects of the assembly shop and assembly line to identify the main factors affecting the flexible production, and consider the structure of the new product trends, and make full use of existing factory floor facilities, proposed an economic, rational, quick transformation program to achieve flexible production and achieve the objectives of the production program |
