北京人的社会心态与首都经济

在影响北京经济发展的诸多因素中，北京人的社会心态是不可忽视的，因为北京人是建设北京的直接参与者，从科技工作者，领导层和居民三个层面的心态可以看出，长期以来由于首都的地位和计划经济的影响，使得北京人的竞争产弱，这也是北京在科技方面的投入虽然很大而效果并不显著的原因之一，为此，欲培养竞争意识和创新6精神，首先要解放思想和改革教育。

Since the citizens participate directly in the development of Beijing,the attitude of the citizens is an important factor of influencing the development of economy which can not be ignored.From the attitude of intelligentsia,leaders and common people,it can be known that being affected by planed economy and the social position of the capital for a long time the citizen of Beijing are not aware of compete.And this is one of the factors that lead to the high money invest and low effectiveness in science and technology.To faster the abilities of compete and the mind of bringing forth new ideas the most important is to emancipate the mind and reform the education system.
