摘    要:聚乳酸(PLA)是一种来源于可再生资源的热塑性脂肪族聚酯,具有诸多优异的性能,如生物可降解性、生物相容性及良好的机械性能,在生物医疗领域中得到了广泛应用.但是,PLA的高度疏水性不利于细胞在其表面的黏附,而且在体内降解的周期较长,这些缺点在一定程度上限制了聚乳酸在生物医疗领域中的应用.为了解决这一问题,该文采用开环聚合(ROP)与原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)相结合的方法合成了两亲性多臂星形聚合物CD-(PCL-b-PAA)21,并通过静电纺丝技术电纺CD-(PCL-b-PAA)21和PLA的混合溶液制备了系列复合纤维膜.通过扫描电镜(SEM)和接触角仪对膜的形貌和表面润湿性能进行了表征.测试结果显示:电纺纤维表面光滑、无液滴或断裂等缺陷,这表明CD-(PCL-b-PAA)21同PLA基体间的相容性良好,且随着CD-(PCL-b-PAA)21含量的增加,纤维膜水的接触角逐渐减小,这意味着其表面的润湿性能逐渐提高,这为拓展PLA在生物领域中的应用提供了新途径.

Abstract:Poly(lactide)(PLA)is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources and possesses a number of desirable properties,such as biodegradability,biocompatibility and excellent mechanical properties.Due to these properties,PLA has been widely used in biomedical areas.However,the bad attachment for cells and slow degradation caused by the highly hydrophobic surface of PLA have hindered its applications in biomadical areas.To solve this issue,amphiphilic multi-arm star-like copolymer CD-(PCL-b-PAA)21 is synthesized by the combination of ring-opening polymerization(ROP)and atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP).Then the electrospun CD-(PCL-b-PAA)21/PLA blend membranes are prepared by electrospinning the mixtures of CD-(PCL-b-PAA)21 and PLA with different mass ratio.The obtained blend membranes are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and contact angle measuring instrument.The smooth,bead-free morphology of the fibers observed by SEM indicated a good compatibility of the copolymers CD-(PCL-b-PAA)21 with PLA matrix.Meanwhile,the water contact angle(WCA)decreases with the CD-(PCL-b-PAA)21 mass ratio increasing,meaning the membranes become more hydrophilic.The results provide a novel method to facilitate the applications of PLA in biomedical areas.
