改性粉煤灰对生活污水中磷的吸附实验

摘    要:以粉煤灰作为原材料,分别用1 mol/L的H2SO4、NaOH及Na2CO3对其进行改性,采用改性粉煤灰对生活污水中磷进行吸附实验,分析pH值、温度、振荡时间、振荡速度等因素对吸附效果的影响.结果表明,酸改性粉煤灰效果最佳,酸改性粉煤灰在pH值为6、温度为30℃的条件下,对磷质量浓度为5 mg/L的生活污水,以140 r/min的转速振荡吸附30 min,磷的去除率高达96%.经动力学拟合后发现不同改性粉煤灰对磷的吸附均符合拟二级吸附方程,属于化学吸附.

Abstract:Fly ash was used as the raw material to be modified with 1 mol/L H2SO4,NaOH and Na2CO3 respectively.The experiment of removing phosphorus from domestic sewage was carried out by using the modified fly ash as absorbent.The effects of pH,temperature,oscillation time and oscillation speed on the adsorption were discussed.The experimental results indicated that the removal rate of phosphorus could be 96%when pH value was 6,the temperature was 30 ℃,the mass concentration of phosphorus in domestic sewage was 5 mg/L,the adsorption time was 30 min and speed oscillation was 140 r/min.After kinetic fitting,it is found that the adsorption of phosphorus by different modified fly ash conforms to the pseudo-second-order adsorption equation and belongs to chemical adsorption.
