迷迭香酸及其衍生物的合成研究进展

摘    要:迷迭香酸为具有多种生理活性的多酚酸类化合物,由于从植物材料中制备高纯度迷迭香酸的成本较高,因此迷迭香酸及其衍生物的合成受到广泛关注,综述了迷迭香酸的合成方法,包括生物酶法合成途径、化学-酶法合成途径、化学方法合成途径,以及迷迭香酸相应的酯化衍生物和酰胺衍生物的合成方法.

Abstract:Rosemary acid is a kind of natural compound of polyphenolic acid with a variety of physiological activity.However,due to the high cost for the separation of highly-pure rosemary acid from plants,the synthesis of rosemary acid and its derivatives has attracted much attention.In this paper,the synthesis methods of rosemary acid,including biosynthesis,chemo-enzymatic synthesis,chemosynthesis and synthesis of corresponding esters derivatives and amide derivatives are reviewed.
