摘    要:为提高竹子的采伐效率设计了一种小型手持式竹林采伐机.利用现代设计方法对伐竹机进行功能分解并拟定了两种方案,通过有效值分析法和技术经济评价法找出最佳的执行方案,完成了手持式竹林采伐机的结构设计和控制系统设计,样机试验证明了该机已达到设计要求,采伐效率是人工采伐方式的2至3倍.

Abstract:In order to improve the bamboo harvesting efficiency,a small handheld bamboo forest harvester is designed.Firstly,modern design methodology is used to decompose the functions of the bamboo forest harvester and two schemes are formulated.Then,the best execution plan is found through RMS analysis and techno-economic evaluation.After that,the design of the structure and control system of the hand-held bamboo forest harvester are both completed,and the prototype test proves that the machine has met the design requirements.The harvesting efficiency of this machine is 2 to 3 times higher than that of the manual harvesting method.
