| 摘 要： | 提出了一种由群决策理论、计算智能、计算机支持协同工作和网络计划技术相结合而成的新方法－群体网络计划技术，在工序设置、基本假定、技术支持以及计算方法等方面分别进行了初步探讨。这一方法在项目管理中，有着广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | A new network planning methodGroup Network Planning Technique (GNPT) that comes from the integration of the GDSS, AI, CSCW and Network Planning Technique is proposed. The work breakdown structure, the basic assumptions, the technical supports and the methods of the calculation for GNPT are discussed. It is very useful for the object management in the future. |
