摘    要:开发了一种电动冲箱式造波机,该造波机主要由6套伺服电机和冲箱、控制台(含工控机)、主电路、控制电路及软件系统等组成。在控制系统的控制下,伺服电机驱动冲箱在实际水池中作上下往复运动,水的质点因受到冲箱的冲击而形成波浪,波高由冲箱运动的冲程控制,波长由频率确定。试验结果表明,这种新型造波机工作稳定可靠,功能完善,能够准确地模拟各种海况。

Abstract:A new type wave generator has been developed, which consists of 6 sets of stepping motors and shock tanks, the control console (including IPC), the main circuit, control circuit and software system. Under the action of the control system, the stepping motor drives the shock tank in the experimental pool into reciprocating upward and downward motion and wave is formed under the impact of the shock tank. The wave height is controlled by the stroke of the shock tank motion, and the wavelength is determined by the frequency. It is shown by experimental results that the new type wave generator is stable and reliable, functionally perfect and capable of accurately simulating all kinds of sea conditions.
