FOYT53-6型稀土永磁同步电动机磁场有限元计算

摘    要:由于稀土永磁电机转子中永磁材料的存在,便得传统电机设计的方法无法满足设计要求,因此应将有限单元法应用在永磁电机的设计计算中,本文以一台FOYT53-6型稀土永磁同步电动机作为设计实例,并经实验验证,证明用有限元法设计,计算永磁电机具有较高的精度,计算方法是正确的。

Abstract:It is not easily satisfied by using traditional design method because of the existence of PM block in the rotor of machine,so that Finite-Element Method should be introduced of the design of PM motor, This paper calulates a FOYT53-6 Rare-earth PM synchronous machine and it is verified by the test results. It shows that using FEM has higher precision and the calculations are correct.
