圆偏心夹紧机构的夹紧力计算及特性分析

摘    要:针对圆偏心夹紧机构夹紧力计算公式的应用问题,提出了按圆偏心自锁程度不同的分类方式及其相应的夹紧力计算方法;分析比较了A、B两类偏心的夹紧特性,得出了前者优于后者的正确结论;讨论了标准偏心轮的偏心距及其公差取值的合理性问题,并提出了相应的修改建议,为正确设计和应用该机构提供了可靠的理论依据.

Abstract:In view of the application of calculation formulae on clamping force of circular eccentric,this paper presents classification by self locking degree and corresponding calculation of clamping force.On the basis of analyzing an comparing A type and B type eccentrics,it is concluded that the former has an advantage over the latter.And then the reasonableness of the standard eccentricity and tolerances is discussed and some revisions are suggested.This offers a dependable theoretical foundaation for design and application of the device.
