试论企业核心竞争力的提高

核心竞争力是企业获取持续竞争优势的基础。文章评价了目前我国企业核心竞争力的水平，分析了企业核心竞争力的特点，提出了培育企业核心竞争力的对策，即注重知识技能的学习与积累、推进企业组织结构的调整、抓好企业质量管理、加快企业技术创新体系建设、更新价值观念等。
