| 摘 要： | 本文根据武术青年冬教学的规律，针对武术的特点，对学生的学习兴趣，技术的合理运用，适宜的运动负荷，基本功与分段练习相结合及教授青年拳的方向和示范位置等方面进行了实验和总结，提出了青年拳教学的科学性，为青年拳的教学提出了合理的运动阈值，同时根据教学内容使教法的设计更为合理．

| Abstract: | In this paper, we have experimented on and summed up such factors of Youth Boxing teaching as students interest, Yalional use of skills, suilable training load, combination of basic homing with scctional exercises, orientation of teaching and position of demonstration according to its leaching law and the cnaracteristics of wushu .Then we put for ward the scientific nature of Youth Boxing teaching for a mor rational training range and teaching approach on the basis. of various teaching conbents. |
