鼠标上盖流动平衡数值模拟分析

摘    要:非平衡式浇注系统的鼠标上盖注塑模,容易导致熔体流动不平衡,需要进行浇注系统优化.运用Moldflow软件模拟浇口位置设计、熔体的填充及流动平衡过程,初步优化浇注系统,并得到流动平衡分析的结果.以分析结果为基础,调整浇注系统设计后,进行填充及流动平衡模拟分析.结果表明:浇注系统优化后,型腔间的填充时间不平衡率低于5%,压力不平衡值小于5 MPa,有效改善熔体的流动平衡性.

Abstract:Since injection mold of mouse upper cover with imbalance runner system can easily lead to melt flow imbalance, the runner system should be optimized. Through simulations including gate position design, melt filling and flow balance process by using Moldflow software, the runner system was preliminarily optimized and preliminary flow balance analysis results were obtained. Based on those analysis results, the simulation analysis including filling and flow balance were conducted after the runner system was adjusted. With optimization of runner system, the filling time of cavities imbalance rate is under 5% and the pressure imbalance value is under 5 MPa. Results show that the characteristic of melt flow balance is improved effectively.
