| 摘 要： | 探讨MSP58基因在人类肝癌肿瘤组织及肝癌细胞系中的表达情况,应用半定量RT-PCR和Western blot方法分别检测MSP58在肝癌细胞系及肝癌肿瘤组织中的mRNA水平及蛋白水平的表达.两种肝癌细胞系HHCC、HepG2,22例肝癌癌区组织,13例正常肝组织作为对照.结果在两种肝癌细胞系中MSP58 mRNA水平和蛋白水平都有明显表达;在22例肝癌肿瘤组织中,不同级别的人肝癌肿瘤标本中mRNA及蛋白均有MSP58表达,并且MSP58的表达量随着人肝癌肿瘤恶性病理级别的增高而增高;13例正常肝组织无表达.MSP58在肝癌肿瘤组织和肝癌细胞系中均有表达,说明其可能对肝癌肿瘤的发生或发展有重要作用.
