氨基磺酸系减水剂对水泥水化过程影响的XRD实时分析

摘    要:采用X射线衍射实时分析方法,研究了氨基磺酸系减水剂对水泥水化过程的影响,准确、实时体现了水化反应的动态过程.结果表明,氨基磺酸系减水剂对硅酸盐水泥初期水化产生抑制作用,这对新拌混凝土混合物的塑化和后期强度的增长是有利的.

Abstract:The influence of the sulfamic acid series superplasticizers to the hydration process of cement was analyzed on real time by XRD. Real time analysis the hydration dynamic state process. Result enunciation, Initial stage hydration of the sulfamic acid series superplasticizers to the hydration process of cement produce repress the function, The petrochemistry and the increment of the strength is beneficial.
