弯曲直梁回弹最小势能原理及其有限元法

摘    要:运用弯曲成形直梁的回弹最小势能原理,导出了计算直梁弯曲成形回弹量的有限元求解方程,并用相应的有限元程序计算了悬臂梁受分布载荷后的回弹量,与其它方法及ANSYS软件计算结果进行了比较。结果证明了弯曲成形直梁回弹最小势能原理及弯曲成形直梁回弹有限元法的正确性。

Abstract:Springback principle of minimum potential energy for straight beam formed by bending was applied to calculate the springback of straight beam bending. Solving formulae of the finite element method for calculating springback of straight beam bending were established, the finite element program was compiled for calculating springback of formed cantilever beam, the beam was applied uniform load. The calculated results of the program were contrasted with the results from those that formula calculated and ANSYS software calculated. From the comparison of the results, it is concluded that spring-back principle of minimum potential energy for straight beam formed by bending and its finite element methods are right.
