摘    要:研究了复合材料粘接质量定量评价问题.首先介绍了有关复合材料的超声无损检测方法;分析了检测回波信号的特征,并提取了能够反映粘接质量的两个特征值;然后介绍了概率神经网络,并设计了基于该神经网络的复合材料粘接质量分类算法,并且根据实验获取的数据,对所设计的神经网络的性能进行了测试.最后通过实验证明,该算法对于粘接质量定量识别的准确度比较高.

Abstract:The quantificational evaluation of bonding quality for the composite material was studied.At first,the ultrasonic NDT(Non Destructive Testing) detection method is introduced and the characteristic of the echo signal is discussed.We extract characteristics of two kinds of energy in time-frequency domain.And then,the probabilistic neural network is introduced,and it is designed to evaluate the bonding quality of the composite material.The test by data of detection proved that the algorithms can recognize diff...
