高功率脉冲微波辐照大鼠体内场强的数值模拟

摘    要:文章在建立大鼠电磁模型的基础上,用时域有限差分法(FDTD)分别计算了2.71 GHz和9.33 GHz高功率脉冲微波(HPPM)辐照大鼠时,大鼠体内,尤其是心脏、肝脏、大脑等器官的电场强度分布.结果显示,2.71 GHz的HPPM腹部和侧部方向辐照时,大鼠各器官的场强从大到小依次为心脏、大脑、肝脏;9.33 GHz HPPM辐照时,场强从大到小依次为大脑、肝脏、心脏.并且相同功率密度的2.71 GHz的HPPM入射到大鼠体内的平均场强约为9.33 GHz HPPM的4倍.结果表明,脉冲微波入射到大鼠体内各器官的场强分布存在一定差异,并与微波的频率以及微波入射方向密切相关.因此,研究HPPM生物效应时,需深入分析生物体内部的场强分布,才能科学合理地表示产生生物效应的电磁辐射剂量,得到较正确的高功率脉冲微波生物效应的量效关系.
