摘    要:文章目标是制备纸张高效湿强剂,采用半连续种子乳液聚合技术结合预乳化工艺,以苯乙烯、丙烯酸乙酯为主要聚合单体,甲基丙烯酸羟酯类功能单体进行改性,加入复合型乳化剂、引发剂合成两种具有核/壳结构的苯丙乳液.且其在纸张中的应用表明两种乳液对纸的湿强度都有显著的增强作用,与国内其他产品相比在成本上有明显的优势,而且其对纸张的干抗张指数、湿强度、耐破指数都有显著的增强.考虑到HPMA及HEMA制备的难易程度、得率高低、对纸张各项性能的影响,在实际生产中建议选择HPMA作为苯丙乳液聚合时的功能单体.

Abstract:The goal is to obtain efficient wet-strength agents of this experiment.The two kinds of core/shell styrene-acrylate emulsion were prepared by semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization and pre-emulsification technology.They based on the main monomers of styrene(St) and ethyl acrylate(EA),modified by hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) or hydroxyl-propyl methacrylate(HPMA),and joined compound emulsifier and compound initiator.The experiment results show that two kinds of emulsion polymer on the wet strength ...
