高职教师教学胜任力模型构建

摘    要:高职教师的主要职责是教学,从教学的视角研究其胜任力及核心特质很有必要。针对现代酒店信息化卓越人才计划的目的和要求,运用文献分析、问卷调查、行为事件访谈、德尔菲法等研究方法,构建高职教师教学胜任力的指标体系。从5个维度和34个指标分析教师教学胜任力,为卓越人才计划中教师选聘、绩效考核、教师培训以及教师的自我发展提供参考。

Abstract:Higher vocational teachers are mainly responsible for teaching, which makes it necessary to research their competence and core traits from teaching perspective. In this paper, based on the objectives and requirements of Excellent Talent Program(ETP)of modern hotel informationization, the author has applied methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, behavioral event interview and Delphi method, and constructed a teaching competence index system of higher vocational teachers. The system involves 5 dimensions(knowledge attainment, teaching ability, practice ability, professional attainment and personality traits) and 34 indexes. It could provide ETP with reference about teacher recruitment and training, performance evaluation and teachers’ self-development.
