| 摘 要： | 针对药厂废水特性，利用对硝基酚在苛性碱存在条件下，生成黄色硝基酚负离子化合物的显色反应，测定了药厂废水中对硝基酚的含量。探索了反应的最佳显色条件，以及废水中可能存在的有机及无机物质的干扰情况，为药厂废水中对硝基酚含量的测定提供了方便快速、灵敏度高、重现性好的检测方法。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristic of untreated wastewater from pharmaceutical factory that produces p -nitrophenol, a method of determining p -nitrophenol in this kind of wastewater by spectrophotometer is described in this paper. The effect of experimental conditions on the absorbance is studied. The method is proved to be simple and quick, and has heen satisfactorily applied to the determination of nitrophenol in wastewater. |
