| 摘 要： | 通过定义总体上的一个新的随机变量，给出了系统抽样事后分层情形下，域的目标估计量的模型一设计无偏估计量以及估计量的方差估计，而且证明了这个方差估计是此估计量的理论方差的无偏估计。
