体育舞蹈课程改革的初探与实践

通过本院2002、2003级600余人体育舞蹈课程的教改实践,发现普通高校新生学习国标舞倍感吃力,失去选修信心,进行大众简易化舞种课改后,有效克服了学生没有舞蹈基础和青春期心理极强的弱点,增强了学舞积极性和自信心,课堂效果和考核成绩也大幅提高.

Discussion on the Reform of Sports Dance Course and Its Practice

Through the practice of course reform carried out in a sports dance class with 600 students in Dongguan University of Technology, I have found out that the interrational standard dance is too difficult for the first year college students to learn so they lack the confidence to select the course. After the coures was made popularized and simplified as the result of the course reform,the students gained enough initiative and confidence to take the course regardless of their lack of basic dancing skills and weakness of psycological guality of the adolescent. Consequently, both teaching effect and results of rating are greatly improved.
