高校图书馆地区联合采购电子资源效益调查分析——以天津工程师范学院图书馆为例

对天津工程师范学院图书馆以及国内其他6所同等类型院校图书馆电子资源的投入与产出情况进行了调查、比较和分析,总结了高校地区性联合采购的优点与缺点,并对今后电子资源的建设提出了合理化建议。

The Survey Analysis on the Benefit of Regional Joint-purchasing of Electronic Resources by University Libraries -Taking the Library of Tianjin University of Technology & Education as an Example

This paper makes survey analysis and comparison of the input-output situation of electronic resources of the library of Tianjin University of Technology Education and other six libraries of the same type of universities, sums up the advantages and disadvantages of universities’regional joint -purchasing of electronic resources, and puts forward some rational suggestions on the future construction of electronic resources.
