高校实施创造教育的制约因素及其对策

摘    要:从社会大环境和教育系统内部两方面分析了当前制约高校实施创造教育的主要因素 :传统文化观念的消极影响 ;社会流动的单向性 ;创造教育理论不深不透 ;教育运行机制不完善 ;教师队伍的创造能力不高 :教育投入严重不足等。并针对存在问题 ,对高校实施创造教育提出以下建议 :树立创造教育观念 ;开拓多种人才流动渠道 ;建立具有中国特色的创造教育理论 ;完善创造教育的运行机制 ;建设一支具有创造能力的教师队伍 ;健全教育投资体制 ,提高经费使用效益

Abstract:In this paper main factors restricting creativity education in institutes of higher learning were analyzed from the angle of both the macro-environment of society and the interior system of education. They were: the negative influence of traditional culture; the one-way direction of social mobility; the superficiality of the theory of creativity education; the imperfection of the operation mechanism of education; the low level creativity of the teaching staff; and the inadequacy of the educational investment. And proposals were put forward accordingly, which included upholding the consciousness of the creativity education; facilitating various channels for the flow of the trained personnel; constructing theories of creativity education with Chinese characteristics; improving the operation mechanism of creativity education; building up contingents of teachers with creativity; perfecting the educational investment system, and utilizing the funds to the best efficiency.
