摘    要:介绍了以氧化铈为载体,通过化学浸渍法将贵金属钯担载在载体上,经后处理,得到以钯为主成分的稀土负载型催化剂的制备工艺。研究了铜组分的添加、贵金属Pd含量、载体种类、焙烧条件等因素对催化剂催化活性的影响,并采用SEM技术对催化剂的微观结构进行了表征。研究发现,以超细氧化铈为载体含量为2的钯催化剂催化效果最好,在30℃时转化率达到84,40℃可使一氧化碳完全转化。

Abstract:Abstract The preparation process of ceria supported Pd catalyst is introduced in details. Noble metal Pd is coated by chemical impregnation method on eeria. The ceria supported Pd catalyst is formed after treating. The influences of Pd content, addition of Cu, the kinds of carrier, preparation conditions on reactive activity are investigated. SEM is applied to analyze the microstructure and crystalline phase. The results show that the catalysts with the carrier of ultra-fine ceria have the highest activity to carbon monoxide with the Pd content at 2 0%. 84 % of carbon monoxide can be converted at 30 ℃ , and 100 % at 40 ℃.
