| 摘 要： | 基于云计算技术,对建立统一的创新管理服务平台进行了研究。平台利用先进的云服务手段,通过整合分散的服务资源,为消费者提供自助服务、透明服务和全面的咨询服务,力求通过建立消费者透明消费、服务机构透明服务和政府部门透明监管的"三透明"模式解决服务滞后的问题。 |

| Abstract: | Based on cloud computing technology,this article studies the establishment of a unified innovation management services platform.Platform utilizes advanced cloud services means to provide self-services,transparent services and a full range of advisory services for the consumers by integrating dispersed services resources.The platform also strives to solve the service lag problems by establishing transparent consumption of consumers,transparent services of service organizations and transparent regulation of the authorities. |
