| 摘 要： | 意思自治原则是国际商业贷款合同法律适用中的首要原则。从国际商业贷款合同法律适用中意思自治原则出发，用比较的方法分析我国合同法作为准据法适用国际商业贷款合同存在的问题，以求完善我国国际商业贷款法律制度，保护当事人的合法权益。

| Abstract: | The principle of autonomy is the prime principle in the law application of international commercial loans.This article introduced the situation of the principle of autonomy in the law application in international commercial loans,and analyzed the problems and defects in taking Contract Law of China as the applicable law of international commercial loans,which is aiming at bettering the legal system of Chinese international commercial loans and protecting the parties' interests. |
