摘    要:采用盆栽方法,研究4种草本植物在人工控制干旱条件下的植物膜脂过氧化作用.结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,4种植物的脯氨酸质量分数均有不同程度的增加;可溶性蛋白质质量分数均表现出随干旱胁迫加强而降低的趋势;丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度表现出与质膜透性相似的变化趋势,即其质量分数和透性均随胁迫程度的加强而递增;超氧物歧化酶活性(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)活性在干旱胁迫下都表现出下降的趋势,并且下降幅度随胁迫程度的加强而增大.综合4种植物的指标表明,以类芦的抗旱性最强,百喜草、香根草其次,五节芒最弱.

Abstract:The membrane lipid peroxidation of 4 herbage plants for soil and water conservation was studied under artificial controlled arid condition by using pot-culture method.The results showed that,the quality scores of praline content of the 4 plants increased in various degrees under drought stress condition.The quality scores of soluble protein content decreased with the strengthening of drought degree.The variation trend of MDA molarity showed a similarity with the trend of membrane permeability,i.e.both its q...
