摘    要:阐述了图书馆人力资源开发的重要性,分析了高校图书馆人力资源的现状,提出了转变人才结构观念、引入竞争激励机制、培养敬业精神、营建组织文化、注重人员培训等高校图书馆人力资源开发的对策.

Abstract:This paper expounds the importance o f the development of human resources in the library,analyzes the state quo of the human resources in univers ity library,and puts forward some countermeasures for the development o f human resources in university library such as transforming the conception of t he talents structure,introducing t he competition and excitation mechanism,culturing th e spirit of hard working,establishi ng the organization culture,and laying stress on personnel training,etc.
