| 摘 要： | 《农民与市场——中国基层政权与乡镇企业》是一本以乡镇企业的兴衰历程为主线,探讨解决中国三农问题的政治学著作。书中,作者批判了部分学者盲目照搬西方理论的做法,强调基层政权对于农村发展的重要性,同时又强调小农经济将长期存在于农业经济之中,而且其特性将长期伴随着中国城市化的进程,因而作者认为快速城市化才是解决中国＂三农问题＂的关键。

| Abstract: | Peasant and Market——China＇s Basic-level Political Power and Township Enterprises is a book about agricultural problems in China.In this book,the author emphasizes the importance of basic-level political power to rural development and points out the long-term existence of small-scale peasant economy in Chinese agricultural economy.Therefore,the author believes urbanization is the method to solve those agricultural problems in China. |
