二硝基甲苯还原羰基化钯络合物催化剂的研究

摘    要:在钯络合物催化剂存在下,研究芳香硝基化合物一步还原羰基化为异氰酸酯的催化过程,考察了不同有机配体、无机助催剂以及催化剂制备方法对催化活性和选择性的影响。应用IR、NMR技术研究了钯络合物的结构,对还原羰基化催化机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:Redactive Cabonylation of aromatic nitro compounds to isocy-anates in the presence of palladium complexes has been investigated. The--effects of various ligands, promoters and difference in catalyst preparation procedure on the activity of catalysts and selectivity of isocyanates were discussed. Using JR and NMR techniques, the structures of palladium complexes were studied and the reason of an increase in the catalytic efficency of catalyst prepared by grinding method was explained. The reaction mechanism for the carbonylation of nitro compounds by palladium complex catalysts was preliminarily discusted.
